The Climb (Cover)
Confession: I really, really like Miley Cyrus's newest song, "The Climb."
But I really, really dislike Miley Cyrus.
Thank goodness one of my favourite singers on YouTube, AJ Rafael, has recorded a cover of the song. Although it's a little bit pitchy in some areas, it's still a valiant effort.
Now I can listen to the song guilt-free!

Obama's version of "Single Ladies"
This actually made me laugh out loud!
Ever since watching the SNL parody of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" music video, I have been obsessed with any other version that has popped up on the internet (for example, this little girl, and of course, Shane Mercado on the Bonnie Hunt Show).
Of course, this would have been funnier if it was actually Mr. President himself, but it's nonetheless pretty awesome!

One of these things is not like the other...
Miley Cyrus's latest YouTube vid features her much older boyfriend, Justin Gaston.
While Miley and her much older best friend, Mandy Jiroux, make complete fools of themselves as usual, Justin appears to be just sitting there awkwardly, just waiting for his turn to show the world his musical abilities...and boy does he have talent!
If you skip to the 5:30, you'll hear his performance of his original song, "If She Makes Me Happy." His vocals, and guitar and song-writing skills are quite good, but of course, Miley ruins it by dancing and singing along, while Mandy bobs around awkwardly.
In the end, Mandy gives him a high five, while Miley gives her boy a hug (and there's no denying that they're together...just look at her face when he introduces his song!)
